In line with its mission of promoting peace, compassion, and social harmony, the Global Peace Chain (GPC) Mauritius Chapter successfully organized a special Mother’s Day Celebration on 30 May 2026 at the CDA / M.S.A Community Centre in the Republic of Mauritius. The event brought together 81 enthusiastic children from the local community in a meaningful and engaging activity designed to honor mothers and caregivers while fostering values of gratitude, respect and appreciation.
Mother’s Day is a significant occasion celebrated worldwide to recognize the unwavering love, dedication and sacrifices made by mothers and maternal figures.
