My name is Yunusa Isah Chiroma, and I am currently in my final year studying Medicine and Surgery at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Throughout my academic journey, I have been dedicated to not only excelling in my studies but also making a meaningful impact on my community. Recognizing the transformative power of digital literacy, I founded AA Horizons Academy, an initiative aimed at training youth in essential digital skills at no cost. This program empowers young people, providing them with the tools they need to succeed in the modern economy and fostering a sense of purpose and opportunity.

My passion for social justice and community development is reflected in my work with AA Horizons Academy. By equipping youth with digital competencies, we bridge the digital divide and create pathways for sustainable livelihoods. My commitment to peace and development drives me to continuously seek out ways to contribute to a more equitable and harmonious world.

Through my medical training and my leadership in digital education, I have learned the value of compassion, resilience, and proactive problem-solving. These experiences have prepared me to serve as a UN Global Peace Ambassador, where I aspire to advocate for educational equity and global peace initiatives, inspiring others to join in building a better, more peaceful world.
