Yousef Saber was born in the historic city of Siraf on December 1988, throughout his life, he has received a number of prestigious national and international social and cultural awards.
In 2006, he was elected as the representative of the Bushehr Province and a board member at the Iranian Student and Youth Parliament and was awarded a “young advisor” certificate by the Minister of Education. In the same year, he was honored as a young social activist by the President. In 2007, he won the highest book reading prize in Bushehr Province.
He was one of the first people to propose the initial idea behind the OPEC Gas Project in December 2006 and was selected as the “Exemplary Youth” of the Bushehr Province in 2007.
Given his social and cultural accomplishments, he was appointed as an adviser on youth issues to the governor after completing his undergraduate course. He selected tourism and preservation of the cultural and historical heritage of Kangan County as his field of work and appeared on a wide variety of television and radio shows and talked about the unique potentials of Southern Iran and the Persian Gulf.
In the years after 2010, he was invited by domestic and international institutions to conferences and workshops on the subject of “peace and youth” as an exemplary Iranian young man.
Membership in a large number of international NGOs and academies are among Yousef Saber accomplishments. He was the youngest member of the Iranian delegation at the Metropolis Urban Conference in South Africa, while in 2019, he was selected as the only Iranian participant.
He also attended the Young Global Leaders’ Summit in India and is currently an editorial board member in many news, sports, and sociocultural websites and magazines in Iran.
He is now (2019-2021) currently a graduate student in International Relations at Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran.
