My name is Roxane, and I’m a Master’s student in Banking and Finance at CESAG in Dakar. As President of OFEM the Organization of Women Students and Managers I organize more than ten activities each year to support women in their education and professional integration. I don’t do this out of obligation. I do it because I know the cost of doubting your place, and the difference it makes when someone believes in you.
