I am Waheed Ullah Alizoi from Afghanistan currently working in the capacity of Human Resources Manager with the Turquoise Mountain, a UK based NGO specialized in urban regeneration, business development in carpet and jewelry, health, and education in traditional arts and architecture.

I have over 12 years of experience in human resources management (HRM) particularly workplace policies and people management processes in addition to extra skill set of information technology (IT), finance and managing projects.

I have developed several gender inclusive human resources policies and strategies to help employees work in a positive workplace. I am also specialized in child safeguarding awareness program and have voluntarily trained more than 400 people in Afghan community.

Besides, I hold a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Nicosia, Cyprus which lead me to have interest and future achievement of community development, developmental programs and job creations for youth to make Afghanistan a country of choice and decrease immigration.
