Beninese 23 year old, Amour Dieu-Donné VODOUNHESSI is known worldwide by the pseudonym “Leader Amour” which is for him a symbol of motivation.

He is a Jurist, Expert Mentalist graduated from the Academy of Mental and Semantic Functions of the French Association for the Diffusion of Semantic Mental Development. Through his master’s expertise, he is a consultant in the science of mental life.

He is a Coach Trainer in Self-Development and Leadership with several years of experiences.

He is certified Peace Agent by World Peace Initiative Foundation based in Thailand. Thus, he dedicated his life to promote sustainable peace by helping people to find inner peace. He has been a Coach Peer Educator in Sexual and Reproductive Health since 2015 within the Youth Action Movement of Benin, a youth movement under the tutelage of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF).

Leader Amour is the CEO and founder of VIC-AFRICA (Vision for Innovation and Change in Africa), a Personal Development and Leadership consulting and training firm geared towards all categories of people.

He is a member of many other youth organizations and has participated in many national and international conferences on Sustainable Development issues.
