My Name is Victoria Balcazar Rivera, I am from Tarija, Bolivia. I am 23 years old, I served as a full-time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, from 2016 to 2018 in California sharing with everyone a message of peace and hope, I was able to serve a lot of people and I want to continue doing that my whole life. That is why I am also studying nursing at UNO university, so I can help and serve people my whole life. I am also currently working at Andes Busines Solutions, in Home River Group Property Management since 2019 as a customer service representative for maintenance, I personally think that serving others is the key to real happiness. I love doing community service especially going to the nursing home with a group of friends every month or as much as we can, to help to feed the senior citizens and helping the nuns.
I want to contribute with the community and to share my knowledge, so I teach basic and advance English for free in my ward once a week in an English program called English connect. It is a great program because if they graduate people can have the opportunity to study online at Brigham Young University in the USA. I truly believe that if we all get together on the great cause of helping someone, at least one person every day we can do a better world starting from home.
