I am a fresh graduate of international relations and a youth leader in Rwanda. As a youth leader, I am volunteering in three nonprofit organizations: Association des Juenes de Saint Charles Lwanga (AJCEL), Never Again Rwanda, and the Peacemakers Association. These three organizations work to promote peace, unity, reconciliation, and conflict resolution.As a peace activist with Never Again Rwanda, I have been involved in reconciliation and capacity building, conflict resolution, and healing based on Rwanda’s history for 3 years.
I’ve been asked to speak about the challenges children face during times of conflict for the Dallaire Institute for Children’s Peace and Security on International Day of the African Child.
I can wait to take action on building peace because every moment, let spread peace and love starting where we are now.
