Civil Administrator | Public Management Expert | Peace & Environment Leader
A senior official in CAR, Ephraïm TOTE-TE-ZOMBO combines public management with civic engagement. As a Deputy Civil Administrator and YALI Dakar alumnus, he led a community service project at the ZAC Mbao school in Senegal.
As Coordinator of the Association Centrafricaine de Défense Environnementale et d’Accompagnement des Diabétiques (ACDEAD), he innovates with school waste sorting and supports diabetic patients. A certified “PRICE FOR PEACE” trainer (EU/IRC), he actively fought hate speech and managed conflicts during CAR’s general elections. An AMEL Institute alumnus and Global Peace Chain member, he promotes global non-violence.
As a Peace Ambassador, he mobilizes his administrative expertise and social commitment for a stable and healthy Central Africa. His journey embodies leadership dedicated to national cohesion and ecosystem protection.
