Tinoda Moyo is a Sales Consultant by profession; she works for Chips Enterprise Solutions
selling Sage Pastel Products. She is Sage Evolution Certified and has been with the organization
since 2015 when she was a leads generation Intern until she became a sales consultant. She is a
recently selected Obama Foundation Africa leader for the inaugural class of 2018. In her
University final year, she and her colleagues founded Vakoma Trust which is an organization
that ventures into motivational speaking, leadership training, career guidance and
entrepreneurship training for students in rural areas and links them with opportunities to further
their studies. Vakoma is now a registered Trust and she serves as a trustee and mentor and runs it
on the side apart from her fulltime job. To date they have managed to visit 10 rural schools, 3
boarding schools and 1 private school. During her university days, she was a volunteer for
Enactus (SIFE) which is an organization for student leaders that identify a need in the society
and provide business solutions through community based projects that are socially, economically
and environmentally sustainable. Tinoda led a team that aimed at reducing drug and alcohol
abuse in youths. She volunteered for 4 years and represented the Country at the Enactus World
Cup in 2015 and 2016. Due to her participation in Enactus, she was appointed to the role of
Enactus National Social Ambassador in 2015, then Enactus United Nations Global Goal
Ambassador in 2016. Due to her participation, Tinoda received recognition from the Vice
Chancellor of the University of Zimbabwe through a Global Outreach Award and Business and
Social Networking
Award. She is also currently serving as alumni for Enactus UZ and writes motivational articles
published by Careers Zimbabwe.
