I am Mr. Tesfaye Gebremichael, an Ethiopian International Law, Peace and Security Expert. I am currently functioning as an Inter-Governmental Organizations Liaison at Youth Alliance for Leadership and Development in Africa (YALDA-Ethiopia), a non-profit international organization that provides a forum for youth on the African continent and those abroad with a commitment to the welfare of Africa. By networking with professionals, mentors and each other, members will increase their capacity to take on positive leadership roles in their universities, countries and on the continent. In 2016 I have been awarded an ambassadorship of Good Ethics from the Board of Directors of Vision Ethiopian Congress for Democracy in recognition of my exemplary works as a volunteer for community development. In 2018 I have been awarded a certificate as an ambassador for world peace from Universal Peace Federation, a non-governmental organization in Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. Currently, I am Master’s Candidate at the Institute of Peace and Security and have good networking and communications with prominent individuals, leaders, civil societies and international organizations.
