I am Tamar Tolordava from Georgia. I am a conflictolog and I am working on PhD in this field. I work at the National Center for Disease Control of the Ministry of Health and I am also the founder of several non-governmental organizations.
At this moment I am actively working in the direction of peacebuilding in the regions. My main task is to motivate young people and take an interest in peacebuilding and peacemaking process. I work with ethnic minorities and children in the region, and main projects are about how to manage conflicts and have negotiations. I myself am an IDP from Abkhazia (Georgian conflict zone) and therefore I understand very well the price of peace and importance raising the motivation of young people. That is why I try to do my best and contribute to the change of the society around me, as well as to the world-wide peace-building process.
