Hi, my name is Noor Ul Ain and I am a graduate of the National Defence University, Islamabad. I belong to Gilgilt-Baltistan. I am a social worker and a volunteer. I have experience in volunteering in many sectors. I have volunteered in educational conferences, peace building conferences, fundraising, food distribution, and so on. I have worked with Pakistan House and SDPI as a rapporteur in conferences held in Islamabad. I have worked as an usher with Action Against Hunger and National Defence University. I am very good at public speaking and debates. I have participated and stand out in many debate competitions. Above all, I am a Public Policy graduate and I have an understanding of how policies work and should work in a country especially in peace building. In a country like Pakistan where there are so many policies for running the country, I believe that the fault lies in the implementation phase. So to make a policy is not the difficult part of the process rather the difficult chunk is implementation. I am very good at managing and implementing things. I think I can be of a little help to this huge and prestigious organization.
