Vice President of IWINGS MALAYSIA, actively involved in programmes engaging youths on issues around peace, community engagement, educational awareness campaigns, media and information literacy and global development opportunities. My areas of interest and expertise include governance, post-conflict stabilization, gender and social inclusion, and training and facilitation. Happy to be part of the Peace Exchange community and hoping to learn more about how to put conflict sensitive approaches into practice. I have developed competencies in administrative, managerial and programmatic skills including, resource mobilization, project design and management, monitoring and evaluation having been involved in the implementation of several projects funded by different donor agencies and governments. I have also attended several trainings in different areas of development both locally and internationally.
