Somsavanh is a young and passionate community development worker with 2 years of
grassroots and hands-on experience in community organizing,
project coordination and implementation. She is passionate about Child Rights and Protection
eradication of Migration and Trafficking, Water, Sanitation and Health (WASH), Maternal, Child Health and Nutrition, HIV/AIDS awareness, Environmental Management and YouthTechnical Vocational Training and Education. Currently, she is the Project Coordinator of World Concern Lao PDR, an international NGO. She leads the planning, designing, implementation, and reporting of the Integrated Development Project on Community Health Promotion’s Project, including ensuring the project work plan, budget and financial plan, conduct of quality capacity building and training, awareness-raising campaigns, and meetings. Somsavanh holds a Bachelor in Environmental Science from the National University of Laos – Faculty of Environmental
Sciences, Department of Environment Management.
