Bula Vinaka, my name is Sidhand Dev Sharma and I hail from the Islands of Fiji. I am 27 Years proud father of a beautiful daughter. I have completed International Diplomacy in Business & Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management and Accounting. I hold a Six Sigma White Belt in Finance and ISO 22301 Certification. I manage simultaneous investments in Upholstery and business consulting firm with core services targeted for SMEs within Fiji and the South Pacific. I believe in dialogue as a means of resolving problems and promote the same amongst my immediate society and business associates. Logically exploring questions and conflicts results in establishing free flow movement of curiosity and creativity, both of which are critical for the betterment of the new future. The Outbreak of a global pandemic such as Covid-19 has demonstrated that societies are ready to medicate and change social and cultural norms to reinstate survival of the Human Race as one. Peaceful dialogue and togetherness only align this perception further. I have adopted this concept into my personal and professional life and I wish to influence the greater south pacific community in doing the same.
