Senait studied sociology and specialized counseling psychology, and she is a trainer of EMDR Therapy.

She acquired and provided various training on the topic of leadership, build confidence and self-promotion, increased productivity at work, effective communication for health outcome, intentional growth, community social healing tool, foundation of trauma informed resilience framework with topics on stress and trauma awareness, security, relationship, identity, and resilience; community facilitation skills.

She is based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. She gave training in many regions of the country on the area of stress management, trauma healing, reconciliation, soft skill, sales personality, and mental health awareness with more than five years experience.
