He is a highly motivated entrepreneur with rich experiences within multi-cultural environments. Guinean by birth, Sekou Oumar Bangoura has lived in the geographies of Africa, Asia, and Europe. With these experiences, he learned to value the unique qualities of diversity and has since pursued the idea of bringing different cultures together. He realises that by having curiosities and making things better are the key drivers for everything he does. They supply him with a positive spirit and help him to think out of the box, without losing touch with reality. He is also creative and pragmatic in that sense. Most of his time now are spent in helping refugees, building businesses that will make a positive difference in the world and working as a Global Peace Ambassador. Skilled in Human Resources, Sales Operations, Sales Management and Marketing. He is most importantly, passionate and grounded in International affairs and Human Right issues. He places great emphasis on sustaining high performance through well-developed productive team. When people ask him what makes him unique, his answer is, he is a person who never gives up quickly and will overcome any obstacles he is facing as hard as possible, which he considers this as one of his strengths. In addition,  he is involved in multiple leadership related activities, where leadership is another area of his strength. He is able to work in a team efficiently, take on the responsibilities and lead the team. These advantages are something that helped him to adapt in his daily life.
