Mr. Samuel Gaye is the Assistant Manager for Sales and Marketing at the Liberia Telecommunications Corporation (LIBTELCO), founder and Chief Executive Officer of Horizon Partners, Incorporated, a business corporation providing access to capital to startup businesses and market women; and the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Weasay Education Trust, an education non-profit expanding access to quality education for disadvantaged youths.
Mr. Gaye possesses 12 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, NGO management, etc. Mr. Gaye established his youth organization at the age of 14 years 112 days, bringing together young people in his community to find local solutions to local issue. The Fiamah Youths for Peace and Development was the first ever youth organization established in the community. Mr. Gaye previously served as a founding member and Executive Director of the Young Citizens Movement for Change where he effectively spearheaded the organization’s strategic direction and management portfolio. Mr. Gaye holds several qualifications including but not limited to Diploma in Marketing Management, Business and Legal Studies, and Electrical Studies. Mr. Gaye also possesses Certificates in Retail Management, Supervision, Customer Service Management, Sales Prospecting, Project Management, and Conflict Analysis from the United States Institute for Peace.
