I am a skilled professional of Iraqi nationality, graduated from the technical institute of business management and marketing in Damascus. Since that time, I have gained fairly wide experience in working with companies, NGOs and volunteering.
Through my work In the social department as social worker with the Danish Refugee Council DRC, and previously with The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) in the Community Services Department, I have planned and implemented community-based educational and recreational activities targeting different groups of refugees and internally displaced persons, in order to integrating them with host communities, empowering and supporting them, With focusing on youth, by promoting coexistence, respect for diversity, consolidation of common citizenship, challenge the ignorance and prejudice, and promotion of mutual respect.
