My name is Saman I am a Researcher in Salahadin University located in Erbil- Kurdistan region of Iraq. I have the Bachelor degree in Kurdish language and currently I am studying master’s degree in Applied Linguistics. I have been doing volunteer activities for nearly 8 years in Education Process, Youth Development and Environment Protection. I am the author of the foremost book about volunteerism in my region in title of ‘Volunteerism in Kurdistan” I have been volunteering for almost 8 years in several different fields and it has been a long time that I’m working towards empowering tolerance and religion pluralism development and structuring peace between people with various cultural backgrounds in Kurdistan region. In 2019 I attended the Global Peace Chain conference in Kurdistan Parliament in Erbil and I’m well aware about this organization and their activities which they attempt in establishing peace all around the world. I am really keen to become a member of this huge organization and to have a positive impact in it’s development. I am very passionate about volunteering which I believe the volunteerism transfers humans from a simple state of life into a beneficial level which people can be useful for their society and have huge effects on their surroundings. Volunteerism also expands our social network and connects us to many useful people and leaders around the globe. Furthermore, I believe that the experience and the skills that we can get by doing volunteering activities are rare and it’s approximately impossible to gain such experiences and skills elsewhere. At the end, I have come to realize that in addition to fueling my passion, my volunteer experiences have had a profound impact on my professional career.
