As a young graduate of Crisis Management from Institute of Crisis Management affiliated to Tribhuwan University, I organized various Programs and training in rural Nepal to socially and economically disadvantage people about Disaster Risk Reduction, Peace and Development, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights. My first aim is to create peace and harmony in my society and want to become a strong women who ignites the world full of grace. Working in various organization, I have skills i.e. communication, providing training, motivating as well as extensive experience on leadership. Moreover, experience with providing training on (SRHR, SDGs, DRR, DRM & Human Rights) & domestic policy, development & analysis in bilateral and multilateral relation, information management & trainings program development and facilitation.
