Rose Mmbaga is the president of world merit Tanzania,she works closely with youth network to promote sustainable development project in Tanzania, She is activist for climate action as the result she has been named as 50 most influential young Tanzanian in 2018 at Avance Media received multi awarding winning such as woman of influence in event,hall of fame with Association for women in Event in America in 2017, voted to receive 2017 Africa Youth Awards for Youth empowerment,and she has been named as one among 100 women as Star and Meghan award for lifting and empower other women to achieve their potential at lifts effect conference in 2018,United Kingdom.
Rose worked for the past years with different charity organisations in Tanzania to transform 1000’s of young people’s mindset to engaged with volunteer work for UN sustainable development project and became active global citizen.Rose shared her personal development journey to influence youth to take action in their community.
Rose worked with Raleigh international as Senior marketing and communications officer.She also volunteered with several charity organisations, at Restless development as international citizen service team leader and VSO international as international citizen service volunteer.Rose represent her voice in different international conference such as Global landscape forum in Nairobi and Bonn,Germany. She raise awareness about Climate action in Africa at World Merit Morocco summit,Rose speak at United Nations with world Merit organisation in 2016 at New York.She speak at Annual poverty and social protection conference in Bangkok,Thailand with Tomorrow people organisation also named as one among 100 global trailblazer during international women day, include powerful women Michelle Obama and Oprah winfred at Ananke magazine in 2018.She support different NGO’s as brand ambassador,lead international campaign and organised different events for the past years.
