Show genuine interest in them, and ask them questions about their lives, jobs, and families. Connecting with neighbors. Ask neighbors he knows to come and visit him, or visit them himself. Ask about their lives, work, health and family, and get their perspective on local problems. and he connects youth to their target audiences for the perfect leadership experience. At the AAYFO-Rwanda chapter, Robin learned the importance of applying classic leadership techniques to modern brand strategies from experts in the field of leading, including his East African Regional Director, Mr.Joseph Malekela Brighton. Recently he was Country Director For Africa Asia Youth Foundation Rwanda Chapter I demonstrated leadership by Visibly Support Important Causes,One of the most vital steps I can take in becoming a community leader I find causes I believe in and offer visible and vocal support for those causes,Offer Presentations to Schools&Citizens,Propose New Policies and Programs,Become a Mentor.and participated in a group project on improving Hope in African young Leader through workshops . Robin is currently about finishing his Bachelor of Information Technology and hopes to intern in IT Department in the near future.
