I work for one of the largest Internet Service Providers in Zimbabwe as front office customer support. I am the founder of Full of Life Trust an organisation which seeks to advance girl child empowerment through different programs and initiatives in schools, churches and communities in Zimbabwe.
I have a passion for diplomacy and development and I recently attended leadership and global awareness conference, Future Leaders Model United Nations Best delegates under the Human Rights Council in Istanbul Turkey (March 2022) as the Zimbabwean Delegate, were we discussed the Human rights violations brought about by the Nagorno Karabakh war as well as drafting of a resolution paper.
I am someone who thinks on my feet and I have good communication skills and this helps me to avoid possible conflicts as well as communicate my intentions clearly. Being able to communicate has also helped me have effective negotiation skills thus getting the desired outcomes most of the times. When it comes to my assets as a person and in leadership capacity, I am resilient. I can routinely overcome adversity and failure by learning from my mistakes and I easily adapt. I am one person who can navigate and lead through change and thrive in different settings.
