Dr. Qamil DIKA, is a professor at university.
Actually he is Head of Sports Department at Sports University Of Tirana.
During studies he was elected as Chair of Council of Students in Albania (2008 -2011). During 2011 – 2013 he served as General Deputy Director of Health Insurance Institute in Albania. During 2013 – 2014 he was part of Lead Albania Program and also Health Adviser of Tirana Mayor. Since there he is a professor at university and also an expert of health issues.
