I am an Organisational Psychologist by training with experience in Administrative services; Peace and Conflict Resolution services; Research and Development services; Human Resource Management, Development and Organisational Development Services. I am passionate about Leadership Training and Development. I am an Oak Seed of the Institute for National Transformation Uganda where I undertook a 6 months intensive Executive Leadership training Program in Transformational Leadership. I serve as an Assignment Assessor at this Institute I am also a Student of the Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme at the Institute for Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) where I am being equipped with unique skills to support Boards of Directors and Leadership Teams in Organisations to excel in their Leadership and Governance role so that they can achieve long term success for their Organizations..
