My name is Patrick Kofi Benyin. I am 21 years old. I am from Accra, Ghana but currently offering a bachelor degree program in Peace and conflict Studies at Protestant Institute of Arts and Sciences in Rwanda. I have chosen to become an ambassador because this program is relevant to my professional career and also I am intrigued in improving my leadership skills as well as gaining new skills and technics in understanding why conflict happens, approaching conflicts in more creative and less reactive way, building good relationships with other people and communicating constructively in difficult situations. I am a student of Piass in the department of Peace and Conflict Studies. There I have had the chance to learn, gain more expertise in Peace and moreover, had a great opportunity to see what is like to work towards peace building. I also participate in multiple workshop, clubs and sociaities to acquire new knowledge. For example Piass Peace club, I functioned as an event manager which means I was responsible for all aspects of planning, management and coordination of society event. This experience helped me significantly improve my time management skills and leadership abilities. I have good communication skills both written and orals and finally, I am very proud of my well developed critical thinking and important ability to solve a complex problem.
