Ombeni Eliapenda, a graduate student from Eastern Africa Statistical Training Centre in
Dar Es salaam, an Official Statistician and Researcher. He is honoured by national and international organizations for his actively contribution to the usefulness of statistics to development and addressing Youth challenges through Youth Development Policy Advocacy organized by Youth of United Nations of Tanzania (YUNA). He is a member of International Biometric Society (IBS) and Young Statistician regulated under the International Statistical Institute (ISI).
He is also a Research Consultant and Data Analyst for he has engaged in different social economic projects (Sauti project in Shinyanga region) and worked as a leader to empower women living in vulnerable situations by building financial stability that enabled them to avoid HIV/AIDS infections.
Ombeni Eliapenda is a visionary person and a volunteer in most cases. He has creative and innovative mind, he believes on peace as a global solution against poverty and calling up the global and national community to participate and support peace building agenda (SDGs No. 16)
