Olivier is a Changemaker involved and engaged in development at a National and international level with 5 years of experience in Youth issue, Peace and Entrepreneurship. Among others, he has an extensive experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health, AIDS and Gender equality Advocacy as member, volunteer and vice president of Youth Action Movement at Association Burundaise pour le Bien Etre Familial “ABUBEF” (IPPF member).
Furthermore, He has worked for several organizations in different fields which makes him an experimented one in the sector of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning. He has also many years of Leadership experience, representation and Coordination. Olivier is the Country Coordinator of the largest Pan-African youth-led organization: Afrika Youth Movement which works in four pillars: Health, Gender, Peace and Education and he’s also serving as communication and marketing junior expert at Welthungerhilfe Burundi Office..
Olivier has studied at the Faculty of Economics and Management at University of Burundi in the department of Rural Economics and Agribusiness and holds a Bachelor Degree. He has a great knowledge of the Burundian culture and few African countries. He speaks English fluently, French and Kiswahili and native Kirundi.He has also a basic knowledge of the German.
