Lucy Okeoghene Umeohanna was born on 12th April 1991 in Delta State, Nigeria. Raised in the resilient Niger Delta, she developed a passion for human connections and healthy relationships.
A Political Science graduate from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), Lucy found her true calling in the “politics of the heart.” Based in Abuja, she is a Relationship and Marriage Coach, Ghostwriter, Creative Content Creator, and Co-owner of De 12th Iconic Concept, a multimedia company located at Garki, Abuja.
As a coach, she empowers singles and couples to overcome communication barriers, heal emotional wounds, and build lasting love with practical, empathetic strategies suited to Nigerian realities. She created the inspiring series “Heart on Point: Secrets in Nailing Love”, offering honest insights and actionable tools for relational clarity and joy.
Her dedication to youth empowerment earned her the JPI 100 Young Leaders and Innovators Award at the 2026 JPI Youth Convention in Abuja.
