Odimegwu Noble Ogochukwu is a Nigerian public servant and IT professional with over 12 years of experience in technology, project management, and community development. Born on August 28, 1987, he holds degrees in Transport Management and Information Technology and is pursuing a PhD in Supply Chain Management.
He is the Manager (IT & Innovation) at the Niger Delta Development Commission, where he leads digital strategy and innovation. He has also contributed to conflict mediation and community engagement. Known for humanitarian efforts, he improved water access at Owerri Prison and installed solar streetlights in Imo State.
