I’m Nisar ahmad sayar son of Sheer muhammad orignaly from Afghanistan / Nangarhar province Chaparhar district, But we have been living in Afghanistan/ Parwan province from the past 10 years, I’m one of the IDP in own country, Because of the war and wars of the past few years, we were forced to leave our home and village and take shelter in a safe place, in this reason we are coming to Parwan province..!
in 2014 i’m graduated from hidyakhil high school by first position, after from that i overcome to Nangarhar university agriculture faculty Horticulture department in 2015,in 2019 i graduated from Nangarhar university Agriculture faculty Horticulture department is a BA with honors degree,
And also from ( 2016 till to 2017) I Graduated from Mosbat Badloon Scientific Academy of Law and Political Science,Administration and Management,Journalism and Public speaking,!
2016 Feb -2017: I Graduated from Tolo-E-afghan Academic Center (English & Computer program ) (Nangarhar province)
after from my graduation i overcome to work as surveyor with ORCA opinion research center for afghanistan, and we collect diffrent kinds of informations and Date in the diffrent province and plases, from the deffrent people, and we done community mobilization and motivation about the human rights, woman’s and girl rights,child protaction,GBV, PSEA, and also to prevent forced labor, forced marriage, and know the benefit of Education, i work with them from 2019-oct-04 till to 2021-jan-10,
After from that from 24-Jan-2021 till to 15 Aug 2021( Due to Collapse of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan) i was a community organizer with REACH (relief effort for Afghanistan community house hold) MRRD/CCAP (World Bank Project) in Nangarhar province all district. And we done mobilization about the diffrent issue and rights to know every one by the rights of every one,

after from that from 4-Aug-2022 till to 09-April-2023 i done a job as a community mobilizer and surveyor with IMC ( International Medical Corps ) in the eastran zone of afghanistan in the BHA project and we done KAP ( Knowledge attitude practices ) mobilization and survey, about the human right,child protaction,nutrition,health, and from this way we motivitied diffrent people and communities.
I was on occation here, then com to me one offer for a job by the Islamic Relief world wide Afganistan, and I joined them on April 10, 2023 and was introduced as a community mobilizer for Parwan province.and we work close with local community to Help in finding Pregnant and lactating women and Affected children in target areas of the project, and identification of the most vulnerable families for Cash assistance as per predefined selection criteria. from 10 april 2023 till to 30 Dec 2023
And now I am working in the field of data collection with a research institute (PIBF) here in Parwan province. And here we are collect different information and data, such as. Education,health and the role of women and girls in the society, as well as collecting information related to livelihood, and giving traing and do close work with the community with the above issues,
I have been served for about several years in the field of community development ( Organization,Mobilization & trainer ) Agriculture,WASH,Education,Protaction,health,nutration,humanetrain projects,livelihood & Emergency project,administration, documentation,Data collection(survey) and filing system, with the differente national or international NGOs,
And also I have received different trainings in different fields. Which had a direct role in my capacity building. such as
Participated in training on CD ,Inheritance law and Property law From NRC in Aug-2017
Participated workshop under Leadership, Dialogue, Public Speaking and Debate British Council in April-2019
Received training on Data collection, interview,Meeting,KOBO,GPS points From ORCA in Jan-2020
Received training on sub committee organized ,CPM, Distribution, procurement organized, from MRRD/CCAP May-2021
Received training of Survey(HH.Interview,FGDs.KII.KOBO.KAP) From Islamic Relief Worldwide Afghanistana april- 2023
Received training of Grievance Policy.Safeguarding Policy.Complaints Management and Feedback Policy.Anti-Bribery And Corruption.Code of Conduct.Political Activities & Terrorism. and all other mandatory trainings From IRW in april 2023
Received training of child Protection, WASH, Health,MHPSS and Nutrition from IMC in aug- 2022
Received training of Survey( KAP,Baseline,Endline,KII,FGDs,FORMs) From IMC in aug-2022
Received training of GBV,PSEA,From IMC in aug- 2022.
It is worth mentioning. I have benefited hundreds of people from my capacity and qualification. And I have givened them public knowledge. And i has played a direct role in increasing the capacity bulding of the communities and people,
And I didn’t done any differences in this regard, such as, Religious,Linguistic, National, cultural and so on,Rather, my goal was only to serve and work, Not considering the differences.
