Nigam Paudel is an influential social activist and soft skills trainer from Nepal. He has been leading a number of social campaigns on education, environment and health. He delivers leadership and communication skill workshops, workshops on mass communication and public speaking, training on strategic planning in organizations, HYLB leadership training, project management training, self-awareness courses and personality development training.

Nigam is the Founder/President of a youth organization Team NEPO (www.teamnepo.org.np) based in Nepal. Started on Feb 2009, Team NEPO has been organizing wide range of programs and campaigns which has over 2000 active members active in delivering training, seminars and events related to youth leadership, health, education and environment. As of now TN conducted over 200 small events and dozens of national campaigns. One of its successful on going event is a talk program series ‘Chintan Chautari’, where change makers from different domain are invited to share their experiences to youths. Currently, TN is running a nationwide campaign ‘Pustak Pariyojana’ which aims to establish prison libraries at every 74 prisons of Nepal.

Paudel is also a course facilitator at Philanthropy University, Country Trainer at Habitat for Humanity International Nepal. He is currently the final year student of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery at Ayurveda Campus, Institute of Medicine, Tribhuvan University.
