Niazul Islam Rony is a dynamic entrepreneur and development professional based in Bangladesh, currently serving as the Operations Chief of Global SME Business Home (GSBH) Bangladesh, a Switzerland-based international organization. He specializes in business operations, international collaboration, and social development, playing a pivotal role in connecting global opportunities with local impact.
Rony brings over 8 years of international experience from Malaysia, where he studied and worked across multiple sectors, including logistics, remittances, and e-commerce. This diverse exposure equipped him with strong operational and cross-cultural expertise, which he now leverages to drive impactful initiatives in Bangladesh.
He previously served as the CEO & Co-Founder of Amvines Logistics, demonstrating his entrepreneurial leadership early in his career. His journey with GSBH began as the Chief Organiser of the GSBH Dhaka Launch in November 2024, successfully bringing together over 300 leading Bangladeshi and international business leaders.
Rony further contributed as a core organizing member of the Global SME Summit 2025 in Davos, Switzerland, where he facilitated the participation of 20+ delegates and speakers from Bangladesh. He continues to play a key role in global engagements, including the Pre-Davos Edition in Pakistan (June 2026).
In February 2026, Rony took on the role of Country Director (Bangladesh) for multiple global platforms, including the Global Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Global Trade Promotion Council of Bangladesh, and the Made in Bangladesh Expo. In these capacities, he is actively involved in organizing international business summits and expos across Saudi Arabia, Italy, Germany, and the UK, contributing to global trade expansion and business development.
