For last 2 years I have been working closely with tech startups and significant VC’s, business angels and retail investors in the region.
My work may start with support in getting the business established and then help in matching with investors. I also assist with deal structuring and implementing post-registration changes (alteration of share capital, transfer of shares etc.). So, which means I study a lot and work hard to help founders not only with investments’ attraction but also all the bureaucracy works it requires. Last year my work resulted in up $8 million VC deals.
Moreover, I successfully lead the registration and authorization applications of the Venture Rocket Eurasia platform, where startups can access peer to peer financing and get connected with investors, advisors, mentors, and accelerators from worldwide.
I am AML/CFT certified compliance officer and hold MBA Degree in Finance jointly received from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business.
I also worked at Deloitte Kazakhstan for many years as an auditor in-charge. I participated in the auditing projects of many major National Companies and reported high-end management letter points that resulted in different business processes improvements or even fraudulence prevention cases within our clients’ organizations
