I am passionate about youth skills development because the type of education that we receive in schools and our homes is usually of a poor quality that turns one to a problem instead of a solution. I believe that if the key to success is education then as citizens of our societies we need to make it a point that we are all involved in the development of our citizens instead of leaving the entire responsibility to government.
