Moubarak Sogar is a young architect (in training), entrepreneur. He is a young leader passionate about volunteering and member of several associations. Motivated and determined, he carries with him several projects of society that they intend to achieve in Chad upon his return. Having served the Chadian community in Tunisia as a foreign relations officer and then president in 2017, he is currently vice-president of the Association of African Students and Trainees (sub-Saharans) in Tunisia. Holder of a national diploma in architecture (D.P.C.E.A), moubarak sogar is currently studying at the IBn khaldoun university of Tunis.
