Ms. Mooy Ndinelago Iitamalo is an entrepreneur, social impact leader, and development ambassador from Windhoek, Namibia, and the Chief Executive Officer of Mooy Investments CC. She advocates for economic empowerment, women and youth inclusion, food security, and local industrialization.
She leads initiatives in agriculture, agro-processing, and manufacturing that create jobs, build skills, and support sustainable livelihoods for unemployed women and youth. She is also the founder of a local Entrepreneurs Hub, mentoring emerging entrepreneurs in business development and market access.
Ms. Iitamalo promotes international collaboration, working with experts from India and Kenya, and is a Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) 2025 Mentor, supporting young African entrepreneurs. Her vision is an inclusive, self-reliant Africa grounded in ethical leadership, peace, and people-centered development.
