I am Mokhistara, in 2019 I was admitted to Webster University’s MBA – Project Management. I have nearly 5 years of experience in teaching, being as the leader and coordinator of the English Language Club at the Central Council of the Uzbekistan Youth Union and the New Generation Forum. I participated in the #Youth72 Forum in 2018 at the UN Headquarters as the first official youth delegate from my country. Currently acting as a community-based local coordinator to improve the Republic’s position in international rankings and indices in UN75 projects. I work as a senior researcher at the scientific department of the Institute for Research of the Youth Problems and Training Prospective Personnel at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. I am regular participant in international and national scientific conferences and MUN conferences as well. I can speak fluently in English, Russian and Turkish. Besides, I am Republic Coordinator of the “Girls’ Voice” club in Uzbekistan. I do have 112 regional coordinators working with me, and more than 10,000 members of the club. MBA course at American University teaches me every single detail of management and leadership, which gives me opportunity to implement my obtained knowledge in reality. Peace, Justice and Equality in the World – are my top priorities that I want to achieve in the near future.
