I am Shemanto from Bangladesh. I have experience of more than two years in the nonprofit and voluntary sector besides my study. I am a masters student Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering Department, Gono University in Bangladesh. I was an active Volunteer in the several conferences in the field of Medical Physics (Annual Conference of Bangladesh Society of Radiation Oncologist and Bangladesh Medical Physics Society, 4th Annual Conference of Bangladesh Medical physics society, 3rd International Conference on Medical Physics in Radiation Oncology and Imaging, ) which helps me a lot develop my skills and I have learned about event management, Leadership, Communication and Scientific event arrangement. With those experiences, I have joined at South Asia Centre for Medical Physics and Cancer Research (SCMPCR), Dhaka, Bangladesh (A project of Alo Bhubon Trust) as a Program Manager which was a one of the big turnovers of my life. SCMPCR is constantly trying to improve all the sectors which are required to build a Qualified Cancer treatment team by organizing Workshop, training for the healthcare professionals and cancer awareness programs to educate people how to maintain a healthy life keeping diseases away. I worked here as an active member and I co-ordinate numerous training and awareness program with the SCMPCR team which enrich my coordination, teamwork and communication capability. With my sincere and honest activities now I have promoted to Alo Bhubon Trust (Parent concern of SCMPCR) as a Junior Officer of Project Department. The Alo Bhubon Trust is aimed to promote health-improving, scientific and environmental projects as well as projects on education, agriculture and women development in Bangladesh. The noble vision of Alo Bhubon Trust inspires me to do humanitarian activities. I am developing my project writing and management ability in the Alo Bhubon Trust in different field like education, environment, renewable energy as well as health sectors . The founder of Alo Bhubon Trust and my research supervisor Prof. Dr Golam Abu Zakaria and his activities motivate me to be passionate about humanitarian activities. Now I very much interested to join in the GLOBAL PEACE CHAIN. I like their initiatives which make a big platform for global individuals who would like to promote peace all over the world.
