As Global Peace Chain largely involves in networking with working professionals from different countries, I believe that my multicultural/diversity skills can be used within the organization. When working in a group, I have the team player skills and I enjoy working as a team member as well as independently as I possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times. I also find it easy to thrive in a team environment and work well with others. Apart from having the computer skills such as using Microsoft Office, I also have the knowledge on using certain programing software of which I have used them in completing my economics dissertation during my Master’s degree program. The programming software that I have used were: R-Programming and EViews. My ability in using the software has given me the excellent data management skills which includes compiling data or facts, record keeping, updating information or records, and most importantly, interpreting the data and studying its patterns. I also have an excellent intrapersonal skill with a proven ability to remain focused, versatile, dependable, multi-task oriented and able to adapt effectively to challenging and emergency situation. I am confident that I can offer my skills and be an asset to the organization. Given the additional training and knowledge about the organization, I am prepared to work in any given condition and position. I could either be a part of a team or hopefully lead to a team to accomplish a well-balanced and continuous growth for the company. With the proper attitude and experience I have, I can handle adverse conditions and resolve any work-related situation. As I am a fresh graduate, I always wanted to pursue a career growth under Global Peace Chain because my main goal is also towards personal growth and I always wanted to be considered as an asset in a well-established organization.
