Mohamed Bachir Camara is a Guinean sophomore student pursuing Global Challenges degree at African Leadership University in Rwanda. Has been working in several international organizations while embodying outstanding leadership characteristics. As a result, he worked as outreach manager in AYINA THINK TANK, based in Rwanda, Mauritius, Ghana, and Japan, Local Committee Vice president of AIESEC Kigali, Executive Member of United Global People, Vice President of Toastmaster International Club Rwanda to say a few. In addition to that, he is an explorer, adventurer, and pathfinder who has participated in so many international conferences, such Youth speak Forum in Dubai by representing Rwanda as the Local Committee Vice President AIESEC Rwanda- Kigali, World Youth Forum in Egypt (Sharm El Sheikh) through his projects which focuses on Climate Change Justice and Peace, As a result, recently he has been selected as the Global Peace Ambassador to represent his country which is Guinea by the Global Peace Chain Summit in Dubai from 23rd February- 26th 2022. Moving forward, when he was in high school, he founded a group called “Young Leader of Guinea,” which was primarily focused on the promotion of peace and climate change sustainability, and in which he enlisted the help of his friends and teachers through workshops, conferences, and a reforestation campaign. As a result, he was selected from thousands of West African youth for a Mava Foundation scholarship to study Global Challenges Degree at African Leadership through his different community initiatives, and continue to unlock the potential of his community because he believes in one of the Martin Luther King’s speeches which is “ the most important thing in life is what are you doing for others” that’s why in his university he has been solicited by his institutions and friends, he even currently became the Vice President of the SDG Club hub within his university and so many leadership positions so far, which allow him to organize some conferences and workshops to get back to his community through his leadership experiences that he has been grasping so far.
