Graduated in Public Administration, and post-graduated in Political Public Administration and Local Governance, extensive academic and professional experience in the field of Leadership, who independently conducted conferences, workshops and lectures on this topic.

Distinguished with Merit by the Association of Managers and Administrators AGAA, for his work and contribution during the term of the installation commission.

Creator of one of the most important education programs and promotion events for young entrepreneurs and the “Millionaires Minds Conference”, which in its first edition had the participation of more than 400 Young Entrepreneurs, organized by Mindset Office, among other projects. the Gold Relationship Conference, the Women of Honor Conference, Encounter of Visionaries.

Host of the 1st Youth Leadership Summit, with the support of the Office of the Special Envoy for Youth in the African Union, the presence of the UNDP, the US Embassy and the Founding Institute.

In 2019, I started the Young Leaders training program, whose vision is to train 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand) Leaders in Africa by December 2029, promoting the development of the most important resource available, which in its portfolio is the creation of the African Leadership Academy , based in Angola.

Through an interaction platform, I created the first Youth Leadership and Development Forum with the Yali Angola Committee, which brings together young people to discuss and find solutions to the challenges faced by young Angolans.

In 2021 I was selected to represent Angola at the Intergenerational Forum on Culture of Peace co-organized by UNESCO, Government of Angola, African Union and ISCECO. In November, I will also be representing Angola in the biggest Summit of African Youth Leaders, the Young African Leaders Summit, where the African Youth Manifesto will be written and sent to the Headquarters of the African Union and to all the presidents of the African governments.
