I am an attorney specializing in international law, human rights, and commercial law. I have over two years of practice in litigation, analysis, and research in Venezuela and Colombia, helping clients anticipate and overcome international business and investment challenges and Alternative Dispute Resolution. I was recently promoted as the Chief Operations Officer for Latin America at Adrianople Group, a U.S company, and I am studying for a Master’s Degree in Law and International Business, with a double degree from the Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana de México and the Universidad Europea del Atlántico.
In 2018, I founded Valoro, an organization that seeks to recover the creative spaces of middle and diversified education in Venezuela, to reform the educational system and strengthen personal qualities to more than 5000 Venezuelan children and adolescents, through training in leadership, peace, and human rights, since we were founded until now. The most significant project for me was to create a public library for more than 3200 children in Soacha, Bogota, with at least 100 books, thanks to the support of Techo, a non-profit organization that mobilizes young volunteers to fight extreme poverty in Latin America.
Because of my work, I was selected as a Youth Advisory Council for the United States Institute of Peace, where I was able to meet the Dalai Lama in October 2021. My participation in this meeting focused on how economic independence and entrepreneurship drive the development of freedom and equal rights for women, as well as how business can play an active role in peacebuilding. In addition, I was recently appointed Director for Venezuela in the Ibero-American Alliance for Peace.
