Melat Hailegiorgis is a Computer Science graduate with extensive experience and management skill and works for worldwide orphans Ethiopia. She has a progressive carrier development in her work and responsibility. She has learned how to be aware of other people’s emotion and behaviour how to react with them effectively, to get a productive result. Examined impact of her own behaviour and attitudes on others and she challenge herself to grow and change. Held herself accountable for the team decision to achieve results, Developing team and delegating responsibilities are the competencies that she have been learning and exercising to develop her personal career and to meet organizational goal. She is highly motivated and enthusiastic, willing to learn also believes in information sharing. She is Passionate about gender equality and women’s right. Currently she is working as an IT support and girl’s youth club assistant coordinator. She have been participating in different volunteering activities .she have been volunteering for 7 years as a counsellor ,Activity Leader ,Program Director and currently as an Assistant Camp director in Camp Addis during Summer time.
