As an undergraduate student of Development Studies and a passionate enthusiast, I bring a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to the table.

Had worked as an HR professional in a dynamic youth organization, I developed valuable skills in recruitment, talent management, and fostering a positive work culture. It was truly fulfilling to contribute to the growth and development of young individuals dedicated to making a difference in their communities.

Additionally, I have actively sought out courses and workshops to enhance my skill set. These opportunities have allowed me to acquire new competencies in project management, data analysis and intercultural communication – indispensable skills in today’s globalized world.

My passion lies in the intersection of sustainable development and social impact. I am deeply committed to using my knowledge and skills to drive positive change and create meaningful impact in diverse communities. I’ve been awarded as a best leader several times in some national and organization events such as Youth Career Carnival in 2021, 2022 also in ICT Olympiad Bangladesh. I was the divisional co leader of Rangpur division in that event.
