I am Mary Zaki, currently employed as the Social Workers Supervisor with Médecins Sans Frontières, Belgium Operation Center, and operating at MSF Mission located in Cairo, Egypt. A humanitarian medical organization, functioning in Egypt to serve the migrants and refugees whom were subjected to Gender-Based Violence and Torture. Operations focus on providing holistic care package to these beneficiaries.

As an Egyptian young female that fiercely believes in change, the power of diversity and evolution possibilities when collaboration and unity are achieved. I, therefore, am very concerned and interested in such opportunity that keens to build bridges of understanding between the west and the east while we are in a dire need of this real, actual and field-oriented exposure when the world around weighted youth shoulders with tensions and illusive conceptions about one’s cultures
