Hello Global Peace Ambassador! I am Mark John Fabale from the Philippines. Currently I am a Senior High School Teacher at Tan-awan National High School, one of the many mountain schools in the province of Negros Occidental. As a public school teacher, helping students realized their dreams has been part of my advocacy. Because of the desire to help, I founded the Mountain Dreamers Philippines, an organization that help mountain students dream and believe in the power of their dreams. This organization was able to conduct the first Mountain dreamers Summit last April 12-13, 2018. Also i am currently sitting as one of the council members of the National ANti-Poverty Commission for Youth and Students Sector where our primary function is to help the government mandated programs be cascaded to the youth in the grassroots. Also I was part of the 43rd Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program last 2016 as a delegate coming from the Philippines. I have been part of different local youth groups with different initiatives. Some of them are towards good governance for the youth, educational transformation, creating safe spaces for young people of different gender and also for pushing youth in agriculture programs.
