My name is Mariasole Forlani, I am an internationally oriented graduate in Law. I own a combined Bachelor and Master in Law, an Advanced LLM in Public International Law (specialization in Peace, Justice and Development) from Leiden University, A Postgraduate Diploma in Diplomacy and I am currently pursuing a MPhil/PhD in International and EU Law at King’s College London.
During the past years I had the chance to travel around for education and work. I took my exchange in Geneva, at the Graduate Institute, broadening my perspectives and starting to love International Law and International Affairs. I had several working experiences in the field of Law and Diplomacy, such as the Permanent Representation of Italy in Brussels, the European Commission, the US General Consulate in Milan. Right now, besides my studies, I try to be an active writer, working together with several online newspapers and one think tank. My areas of interests are the European Union, Russia and the Transatlantic relations.
